3. No Guarantees or Performance Promises
Zenvo Automations does not guarantee:
Search rankings (Google or otherwise)
Lead volume or lead quality
Revenue, conversions, or business growth
Specific business outcomes
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, customer behavior, and client participation. Past results are not predictive of future outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Obtain proper consent from your customers for communications
Use our systems ethically and legally
Zenvo Automations is not responsible for misuse of the platform or violations caused by client actions, data, or messaging content.
5. Communications & Consent
By submitting a form, booking an appointment, calling, texting, or otherwise interacting with Zenvo Automations, you consent to receive communications via:
SMS/text messages
Phone calls
Automated or AI-assisted responses
Some communications may be automated or AI-driven. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in messages.
6. AI & Automation Disclosure
Zenvo Automations utilizes automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and response times.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI responses may be automated and not human-generated
AI systems may not be error-free
Human oversight may occur but is not guaranteed at all times
Zenvo Automations is not liable for decisions made based on automated outputs.
7. Payments, Billing & Refunds
Zenvo Automations offers both one-time invoices and recurring subscription billing.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
All fees are due in advance
Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins
Subscription fees are non-refundable
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in immediate service termination.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
GoHighLevel
Stripe
PayPal
SMS and email carriers
Zenvo Automations is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, configurations, documentation, and processes created by Zenvo Automations remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not resell, duplicate, or reverse-engineer our systems without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenvo Automations shall not be liable for:
Lost revenue or profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Zenvo Automations in the preceding 30 days.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
These Terms are violated
Payment obligations are not met
Services are used unlawfully or abusively
Termination does not relieve payment obligations already incurred.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Minnesota courts unless otherwise agreed.
13. Changes to These Terms
Zenvo Automations may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
